Getting my first apartment

Well, it looks like I have finally settled on an apartment. My brother in law and I went out thinking we were looking for one place I had already looked at, but it appears that I got the apartments mixed up. This apartment is a one bedroom efficiency for $450 a month with utilities. It's within walking distance of Wal-Mart and Wegmans and of a good baptist church. I'm just waiting now to figure out when I can get some friends and family together to move in. Wish me luck!
